Optima Health Announces Brand Transition of PAM Group
LONDON, UK, 30 September 2026, Optima Health (AIM: OPT), the UK's leading provider of technology enabled corporate health and wellbeing solutions, today announces the transition of the PAM brand, under which all PAM Group brands will migrate to the Optima Health name. This follows Optima’s acquisition of PAM Group in March 2026 and represents a key milestone in the integration of the two businesses.
Since closing the transaction, Optima has focused on integrating core teams, aligning operating structures, and unifying company culture across both organisations. The brand consolidation reflects the completion of that first phase of integration and supports the Company's strategy to build a stronger, best-in-class service delivery model.
Jonathan Thomas, Chief Executive Officer of Optima Health, said: “Bringing our teams together under a common brand gives our clients and our people much greater clarity, and reflects the strength of what these two organisations have built together. Since the acquisition, our teams have worked closely to understand each other's strengths and are well progressed with creating a combined business which sets the standard in our market. I want to thank them for their input and dedication throughout this process. Together, we remain focused on delivering against our strategic objectives and delivering exceptional solutions for our clients.”
