Change of Alternative Investment Fund Manager

The Board of Octopus Renewables Infrastructure Trust plc today announces that, with effect from yesterday's date, it has changed its alternative investment fund manager ("AIFM") from Octopus AIF Management Limited ("OAIFM") to Octopus Energy AIF Management Limited ("OEAIFM").  Octopus Renewables Limited, trading as Octopus Energy Generation ("OEGEN" or the "Investment Manager"), will remain the Company's appointed investment manager and there will be no changes to the portfolio fund management team or fee arrangements. OEAIFM is a subsidiary of the Octopus Energy Group and consequently both the Company's AIFM and investment manager are now part of the Octopus Energy Group.

OEAIFM is authorised and regulated as an alternative investment fund manager by the Central Bank of Ireland with its registered address is Fourth Floor, One Molesworth Street, Dublin 2, D02 RF29, Ireland. OEAIFM has also been made party to the administration agreement under which Apex Listed Companies Services (UK) Limited provides administration and company secretarial services to ORIT in order to comply with its oversight responsibilities as an AIFM.
