In accordance with UKLR 6.4.8R, the Company notifies that Jemima Bird, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Creightons plc with effect from 31 March 2025. As well as joining the Board, Jemima will serve as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
The Company is satisfied that Jemima continues to have sufficient time available to fulfil her responsibilities.
No further information is required to be disclosed pursuant to UKLR 6.4.8R.
