In conformity with Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, we announce that the Company's share capital at 31 December 2025 consisted of 320,681,126 ordinary shares of 10p each. The Company does not hold any shares in Treasury, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is currently 320,681,126.
This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change in their interest in the Company.
