Rolls-Royce Holdings plc announced on 25 June 2024 that it has applied to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for 88,200,000 Ordinary shares of 20p each to be admitted to the Official List. Admission of these shares is expected on 27 June 2024, at which point they will be issued to the Employee Benefit Trust and rank pari passu with existing Ordinary shares.

ADMISSION OF SHARES
Rolls-Royce Holdings plc (the Company) announces that an application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 88,200,000 Ordinary shares of 20p each (Shares) to be admitted to the Official List.
Admission of the Shares is expected on 27 June 2024.
The Shares will be issued to the Employee Benefit Trust upon admission of the Shares and will rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary shares.
