Schroder Oriental Income Fund Limited (the "Company") announces that as at Monday 30 June 2025 its issued share capital consists of 271,233,024 ordinary shares of 1p each, the total number of shares in treasury is 41,777,000 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 229,456,024.
The above figure of 229,456,024 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
