Dividend for the six months ended 30 September 2021 - Allotment of Scrip Dividend

In accordance with the circular to Shareholders dated 29 November 2021 (the "Circular"), Sirius Real Estate is pleased to confirm the allotment and issue of 2,695,067 Ordinary Shares (the "New Shares") in lieu of a cash dividend under the Scrip Dividend Alternative.

The total Dividend amount payable on 20 January 2022, calculated in accordance with the terms of the Circular, is €23,780,687.13, of which €19,373,013.35 is payable in cash and the cash equivalent of €4,407,673.78 is satisfied through the issue of the New Shares. The Company's Employee Benefit Trust has waived its right to the Dividend.

Following the issue of the New Shares, the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 1,172,160,992. There are no shares held in treasury.

Application will be made for the New Shares to be admitted to trading on the Main Market of London Stock Exchange Plc ("LSE"), to be admitted to listing on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority, and to be listed on the Main Board of the JSE Limited ("JSE"). It is expected that trading in the New Shares will commence on the LSE at 08:00 a.m. (UTC) and on the JSE at 09:00 a.m. (SAST) on Thursday, 20 January 2022.
