Dividend Declaration

The Board of STS Global Income & Growth Trust plc has declared a second interim dividend for the year to 31 March 2024 of 1.525p per share, an increase of 5.2% on the equivalent dividend of 1.45p paid in respect of the previous financial year.

Barring unforeseen circumstances, it is the Board's intention to increase the remaining two interim dividends for the year ended 31 March 2024 by at least the same percentage.

The dividend will be paid on 19 January 2024 to shareholders on the register on 22 December 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 21 December 2023.
