SysGroup secures over £1 million of cyber resilience contracts and becomes first UK&I MSP to join Rubrik PayGo programme

SysGroup plc (AIM: SYS), an advisory-led, end-to-end Managed IT Service Provider focused on cybersecurity, managed services and AI-enabled operational delivery for the UK mid-market, is pleased to announce that it has secured two new three-year cyber resilience contracts with a UK housing association and an English further education provider, with combined total contract value of over £1 million. The contracts will see SysGroup deliver managed data protection, cyber resilience and recovery services using Rubrik's technology platform, to two leading organizations in public and community-facing services.

Commercial validation of the Rubrik partnership

SysGroup has become the first UK&I managed service provider to join the Rubrik MSP PayGo programme, providing SysGroup with a flexible and scalable commercial model through which to deliver Rubrik's cyber resilience capabilities as a managed service. Integrating Rubrik's technology with SysGroup's end-to-end managed service capabilities provides organisations with enterprise-grade data protection and ransomware resilience, eliminating upfront expenditure and operational complexity.

The partnership also aligns closely with SysGroup's MSP 3.0 and AI strategy, providing an additional source of cyber resilience data and operational insight to support more proactive, automated and intelligence-led service delivery.

The two contract wins demonstrate customer demand for the proposition and provide a platform for further growth in SysGroup's managed cyber resilience business.

Heejae Chae, Executive Chairman of SysGroup plc, commented:

"Becoming the first UK&I MSP to join Rubrik's PayGo programme is strategically important for SysGroup. It combines Rubrik's market-leading cyber resilience platform with our ability to advise, implement and manage complex customer environments.

The result is a differentiated proposition: enterprise-grade data protection and ransomware resilience delivered as a flexible managed service, without requiring customers to take on the cost, complexity or capacity commitments normally associated with enterprise technology.

These two three-year agreements, across the social housing and further education sectors, demonstrate that this is not simply a technology partnership. It is already translating into customer demand, recurring revenue and a stronger competitive position for SysGroup."

David Kosman, Area Vice President, Global MSP Sales, Rubrik, commented:

"We are delighted to welcome SysGroup as the first UK&I MSP to join the Rubrik MSP PayGo programme. SysGroup combines strong customer relationships, managed service capability and cyber security expertise, making it an excellent partner to extend Rubrik's cyber resilience capabilities to more organisations.

Together, we will help customers strengthen their data security, improve ransomware preparedness and access cyber resilience through a flexible, consumption-based managed service."
