Unilever PLC purchased 50,000 of its ordinary shares from Goldman Sachs International on 17 April 2025, as part of its existing share buy-back programme. The shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange at a volume weighted average price of GBP 47.6068, with prices ranging from GBP 47.1900 to GBP 48.0700 per share. These repurchased shares will be held in treasury, bringing Unilever's total ordinary shares in treasury to 67,046,885 and ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury) to 2,501,500,934.

Such purchases form part of the Company's existing share buy-back programme and were effected pursuant to the instructions issued to the Broker by the Company on 13 February 2025, as announced on that date.
Following the purchase of these shares, Unilever holds 67,046,885 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 2,501,500,934 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
