Unilever PLC announced on 20 May 2025 that it purchased 178,000 of its ordinary shares on 19 May 2025 via Goldman Sachs International. These shares were bought on the London Stock Exchange at a volume weighted average price of GBP 46.3834, with the highest price being GBP 46.5400 and the lowest GBP 46.1300, and will be held in treasury as part of an existing buy-back programme. Following this transaction, Unilever holds 69,544,502 ordinary shares in treasury and has 2,499,003,317 ordinary shares in issue.

Such purchases form part of the Company's existing share buy-back programme and were effected pursuant to the instructions issued to the Broker by the Company on 13 February 2025, as announced on that date.
Following the purchase of these shares, Unilever holds 69,544,502 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 2,499,003,317 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
