Unilever PLC announced on 23 May 2025 that it purchased 171,000 of its ordinary shares on 22 May 2025 on the London Stock Exchange from Goldman Sachs International. These shares, part of an existing buy-back programme, were acquired at a volume weighted average price of GBP 47.0466, with a highest price of GBP 47.3500 and a lowest price of GBP 46.8300, and will be held in treasury. Following this purchase, Unilever PLC holds 70,175,502 ordinary shares in treasury and has 2,498,372,317 ordinary shares in issue.

Such purchases form part of the Company's existing share buy-back programme and were effected pursuant to the instructions issued to the Broker by the Company on 13 February 2025, as announced on that date.
Following the purchase of these shares, Unilever holds 70,175,502 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 2,498,372,317 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
