On 7 July 2023, Vodafone Group Plc granted options to Maaike de Bie, General Counsel and Company Secretary, and Leanne Wood, Chief Human Resources Officer, to purchase 23,100 ordinary shares each at an option price of £0.5844 per share under the Vodafone Sharesave scheme.
