Vodafone Group Plc announced on 04 June 2025 that it purchased 10,000 of its ordinary shares from Citigroup Global Markets Limited on 03 June 2025. These shares, bought at a volume weighted average price of 76.60 pence each under a programme initiated on 20 May 2025, will be held in treasury. Following this transaction, Vodafone holds 1,601,356,873 ordinary shares in treasury and has 24,786,929,029 ordinary shares in issue.

each from Citigroup Global Markets Limited ("Citi"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by Vodafone on 20 May 2025, as announced on 20 May 2025 (the "Programme"):

Vodafone intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, Vodafone holds 1,601,356,873 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 24,786,929,029 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
As part of the Programme, Citi purchases Vodafone (213800TB53ELEUKM7Q61) ordinary shares and sells such shares to Vodafone. In connection with the above purchases, on 03 June 2025 Citi (as riskless principal) elected to purchase 10,000 Vodafone ordinary shares to sell to Vodafone.
