Vodafone Group Plc announced on 18 November 2025 that it purchased 1,000,000 of its ordinary shares from Merrill Lynch International on 17 November 2025. The shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of 93.79 pence per share, with prices ranging from 93.20 pence to 94.18 pence. Vodafone intends to hold these shares in treasury, bringing its total treasury holdings to 1,822,363,290 ordinary shares, with 23,838,065,188 shares remaining in issue.

each from Merrill Lynch International ("MLI"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by Vodafone on 11 November 2025, as announced on 11 November 2025 (the "Programme"):

Vodafone intends to hold the purchased shares in treasury. Following the purchase of these shares, Vodafone holds 1,822,363,290 of its ordinary shares in treasury and has 23,838,065,188 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
As part of the Programme, MLI purchases Vodafone (213800TB53ELEUKM7Q61) ordinary shares and sells such shares to Vodafone. In connection with the above purchases, on 17 November 2025 MLI (as riskless principal) elected to purchase 1,000,000 Vodafone ordinary shares to sell to Vodafone.
