At the close of business on 30 September 2021, Whitbread PLC had 214,452,037 ordinary shares in issue, of which 12,454,718 were held in Treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in Whitbread PLC was 201,997,319. The ordinary shares have a nominal value of 76 122/153p each.
The above figure of 201,997,319 shares may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determin-e if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, in Whitbread PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency rules.
