Since 25 April 2023, Whitbread has acquired 880,279 shares at a total cost of £28,606,427.65 and intends to cancel the purchased shares. Whitbread PLC ("Whitbread") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 76 122/153 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by Whitbread on 25 April 2023, as announced on 25 April 2023:
