International Plc on 19 July 2023, at a volume weighted average price of 3,426.26p and a range of 3,404.00p to 3,444.00p. This transaction, pursuant to instructions issued on 25 April 2023, contributes to a total of 4,348,577 shares purchased since that date at a cost of £143,350,907.74. Following settlement, Whitbread holds 12,454,718 ordinary shares in treasury and intends to cancel the purchased shares.

Whitbread PLC ("Whitbread") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 76 122/153 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by Whitbread on 25 April 2023, as announced on 25 April 2023:
