On 13 November 2023, Whitbread PLC purchased 187,485 of its ordinary shares from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc at a volume weighted average price of 3,285.48p. Since 18 October 2023, Whitbread has acquired a total of 2,439,496 shares at a cost of £80,384,183.66, and intends to cancel the purchased shares. Following settlement, Whitbread will hold 12,454,718 ordinary shares in treasury and have 203,265,952 ordinary shares in issue.

Whitbread PLC ("Whitbread") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 76 122/153 pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc ("Morgan Stanley"). Such purchase was effected pursuant to instructions issued by Whitbread on 18 October 2023, as announced on 18 October 2023:
