

Pantheon Infrastructure Plc (PINT) aims to provide exposure to a global, diversified portfolio of high-quality, infrastructure assets. The company seeks to build a portfolio of co-investments in infrastructure assets with strong defensive characteristics, typically benefitting from contracted cash flows, inflation protection and conservative leverage profiles. Target assets will have Sustainability credentials, including companies and projects that can support the transition to a low-carbon economy, and the portfolio will span the digital infrastructure, power and utilities, transportation and logistics, renewables and social investments sub-sectors, with a focus on assets benefitting from secular tailwinds. The Company is targeting an annual NAV total return of 8-10% and a dividend yield of 4% once fully invested. Presenter: Ben Perkins, Principal Ben is a Principal in Pantheon’s Global Infrastructure and Real Assets team, where he is principally responsible for managing the listed investment trust, Pantheon Infrastructure Plc. Prior to joining Pantheon Ben worked in investment management roles at Gravis Capital Management, Hadrian’s Wall Capital and John Laing. Ben holds a BEng (Hons) in Manufacturing and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Warwick and has completed all three levels of the CFA qualification.
